As a family-owned company with six locations, we are seeking a driven, professional, and highly organized Commercial Business Development Representative to join our team in the greater Grand Rapids area.
This role focuses on B2B sales, account management, and relationship building. If you are a motivated self-starter with proven success in business development, client acquisition, and project management, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities
Build, manage, and grow long-term client relationships
Identify new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
Manage the sales process, from estimating services to closing deals
Deliver exceptional and timely communication to clients
Meet or exceed commercial sales goals and performance metrics
Qualifications
2+ years B2B sales, business development, or account management experience
Strong organizational and project management skills
Proven ability to develop and manage pipelines using CRM tools (Salesforce experience preferred)
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and results-driven
Reside in the greater Grand Rapids area
Valid Michigan driver's license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a drug test & background check
