B2B Promotions Associate

As we continue to expand, we are seeking a highly motivated B2B Promotions Associate to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be directly involved in sales and customer service, where you’ll help us elevate our brand through interactions with customers and business owners. 

As a B2B Promotions Associate, you will be responsible for driving sales efforts and helping us reach new customers and various businesses.You’ll engage with customers in person, promoting our products and services while strengthening the connection between our brand and the community. We are looking for someone who is enthusiastic, reliable, and ready to make an immediate impact in the telecommunications industry. 

B2B Promotions Associate Responsibilities:

• As a B2B Promotions Associate, you will interact with customers and demonstration products to increase awareness
• Assist customers with placing service orders for new products they are interested in 
• Building customer relationships through proactive engagement and outstanding service by answering all questions thoroughly. 
• Partake in daily meetings with fellow B2B Promotions Associates to go over any issues that arose and collaborate with the team for solutions to increase skill development 
• Work closely with teams to maintain consistency and plan sales strategies 

B2B Promotions Associate Requirements:

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred, but not required. 
• A passion for customer engagement and brand promotion, with a strong desire to grow within the company.
• A positive, professional attitude with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage customers and drive sales results.
