Responsibilities:
Learn our proven sales system through classroom training and on-the-job training
Hunt for and win new business
Deliver needs-based presentations to new individuals and groups
Reach agreed-upon activity goals by a deadline
Set follow-up appointments to keep clients aware of the latest developments
Qualifications:
Empathetic listening and consultative sales
Ability to work independently and utilize time well
Experience building rapport with new people quickly
Goal-oriented and able to meet deadlines
