Job Description - B2B Sales Executive (Real Estate Appraisals)

Republic Valuations is not your average real estate appraisal firm. With over 30 years of industry expertise, we’ve built a reputation for precision, insight, and strategic guidance—helping businesses make informed real estate decisions that drive success. As we continue to grow, we’re on the hunt for a results-driven, charismatic Sales Representative who thrives on building relationships and closing deals. We don’t just provide appraisals—we provide clarity and confidence in the real estate world. At Republic Valuations, you’ll receive hands-on, in-office training to master our services and approach. Once equipped with the knowledge and tools for success, you’ll take the lead in expanding our client base, engaging with businesses, and forging long-term partnerships.

  • Build and nurture client relationships – Understand client needs and offer tailored appraisal solutions that add real value.
  • Drive B2B sales – Strategically expand our reach and establish Republic Valuations as the go-to appraisal firm for businesses.
  • Be the face of the brand – Represent Republic Valuations with confidence, professionalism, and a personal touch that sets us apart.
  • Collaborate with our expert appraisers – Gain deep insight into our services and communicate their value effectively.
  • Hunt for new opportunities – Conduct market research, identify potential clients, and explore untapped markets.
  • Deliver outstanding service – Ensure every client interaction is seamless, engaging, and leaves a lasting impression.
  • Leverage your personality – Use your charisma and interpersonal skills to stand out and create meaningful connections.
  • Proven B2B sales experience – Ideally in real estate, financial services, or another professional sector.
  • A natural people person – Someone who can build trust and rapport effortlessly.
  • Strong communicator – Able to explain complex concepts in a way that excites and engages clients.
  • A self-starter with a drive to succeed – Motivated to achieve targets and work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Adaptable and open to travel – Ready for a dynamic role where every day brings new challenges and opportunities.
  • Familiarity with New York State real estate appraisal licensing is a plus – But not a requirement.
  • Base salary of $80,000 for the first six months (draw against commission).
  • Transition to commission-only after six months—offering massive earning potential as you build your client base.
