You'll begin by focusing heavily on outbound lead generation—making 50 to 100 touchpoints per day—with the goal of transitioning into closing deals within your first six months. The sales team is highly collaborative, competitive, and filled with seasoned professionals who are eager to support your growth. The ideal candidate is a confident communicator with at least two years of inside sales experience and a hunger to work hard, win big, and make money. •    Identify and assess customer energy needs, including spend, usage, contracts, and goals
•    Conduct approximately 50+ daily outreach activities (calls, emails, visits) to prospects 
•    Research and evaluate energy suppliers based on price, reliability, and compatibility
•    Develop and present customized energy solutions tailored to each client
•    Negotiate supplier contracts, including pricing and terms
•    Coordinate with suppliers and utilities to ensure smooth customer onboarding
•    Monitor client energy usage, contract compliance, and satisfaction
•    Maintain consistent follow-up and communication with potential clients
•    Accurately log all interactions and client details in CRM
•    Build strong relationships with supplier representatives
•    Stay informed on industry trends
