Job Description - B2B Sales Specialist for Hungary (remote, online therapy, SaaS)

We are Hedepy, a young startup and a leader in holistic mental health support programs for companies and individuals in Central & Eastern Europe. There are currently 60+ of us working remotely from all around Europe, and we all share the same goal – making psychotherapy accessible to everyone who needs it.

We have helped thousands of B2B clients in the Czech Republic and across Europe. Now a new challenge is upon us - bring the benefit of accessible psychotherapy to the Hungarian B2B market. We are looking for a third B2B Sales Specialist who will focus on growing the portfolio of B2B clients and generating new business on the Hungarian market, where we see a huge potential.

THE MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • 70% will involve actively searching for and approaching potential B2B clients - calling is a must, and our target group are primary HR professionals.
  • 30% will include meetings and administrative tasks, such as:
    • Preparing presentations and presenting them to clients.
    • Preparing offers and contracts.
    • Working with data and reporting in our CRM - Pipedrive
    • Collaborating on the development of the Hedepy platform for the corporate clients.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  • Believes that therapy can be beneficial.
  • Has experience in sales and cold calling (as medior, 2-3 years) and is ready to have as many calls as needed to achieve the targets.
  • Has strong communication skills in English (the company's main internal language) and perfect Hungarian.
  • Can create and deliver client presentations - sales pitches.
  • Knows how to ask the right questions to identify the other party's needs - our sales style is consultatory.
  • Can not only identify opportunities but also drive them to success.
  • Has experience in international B2B Startup environment, selling a SaaS product ideally focused on the HR sector.
  • Is ok with working fully remotely.
  • Can work as a self-employed/freelance contractor.
