B2C Field Sales Team Lead

About the Role:

You will lead a team that goes out to sell the company's products directly to customers. Your job is to help the business grow by planning smart ways to get more customers, increase sales, and make more people know and trust the brand. You’ll need to be a strong leader who can guide the team, make good plans, and help everyone perform at their best.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Growth Strategy and Execution

• You will rapidly gain an in-depth understanding of the company's product, value proposition, market, and competitive landscape.
  

• You will develop and implement field sales strategies to achieve and exceed B2C conversion targets.
  

• You will identify and prioritize target screening sites to optimize conversion outcomes.
  

• You will ensure the effective execution of sales campaigns, promotions, and initiatives.
  

• You will monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
  

2. Team Leadership and Management

• You will recruit, train, and onboard high-performing field sales representatives.
  

• You will provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback to the sales team.
  

• You will set individual and team sales quotas and refine incentive systems to optimize results.
  

• You will conduct daily huddles to set direction, review performance, and address challenges.
  

• You will foster a collaborative, high-energy team culture focused on results.
  

3. Sales Tools and Processes

• You will refine the field sales approach, develop toolkits to improve conversions, and prepare the team to scale significantly.
  

• You will ensure team members maintain accurate records of sales activities and adhere to reporting processes.
  

• You will leverage CRM tools to track sales performance and improve operational efficiency.
  

4. Market Intelligence

• You will gather and report market insights, including competitor activities, pricing trends, and customer preferences.
  

• You will provide actionable feedback to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  

Requirements

About You

• You have at least 3 years of experience in B2C sales, including over 1 year in a leadership role with a proven ability to lead teams and exceed quotas.  
  

• You have strong leadership skills, with the ability to recruit, coach, and motivate teams to achieve outstanding results.  
  

• You have demonstrated success in designing and executing effective sales strategies and toolkits.  
  

• You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage clients, stakeholders, and team members effectively.  
  

• You have exceptional planning and organizational abilities focused on delivering results.  
  

• You have the motivation and energy to thrive in fast-paced and constantly evolving environments.  
  

• You have market knowledge in industries such as healthcare, FMCG, or related sectors, which is considered an added advantage.
