B2C Marketing Project Manager

As part of our marketing team, you will play a key role in planning and coordinating international B2C marketing campaigns and always-on activities. What will you be doing?  

• Plan and coordinate the implementation of international (and local) B2C marketing campaigns and always-on marketing activities.  

• Recommend channel approaches, campaign tactics and channel mix aligned with marketing objectives.  

• Coordinate marketing initiatives together with creative, media, IT and other external partners. 

• Manage and continuously improve Work in Lithuania's marketing ecosystem, including marketing channels, website and marketing tools.  

• Ensure marketing activities are properly tracked and measured.  

• Optimise marketing activities based on campaign performance, audience insights and market learnings.  

• Identify and pilot new marketing channels, tools and marketing approaches. 

What do we expect from you?  

• Higher education (preferably in Marketing, Communications or Business) 

• 3+ years of experience in marketing, digital marketing or integrated marketing. 

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, campaign planning and marketing analytics. 

• Ability to turn data and insights into practical marketing recommendations. 

• Experience working with external agencies or managing cross-functional projects. 

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Lithuanian and English. 

• Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills. 

• Creativity and drive to improve, learn, and achieve big results - in other words, a desire to challenge and change the status quo.

• Gross salary from 2600 – 3600 Eur/month, depending on candidate’s qualifications and experience level.
