This role is vital to supporting our service department by ensuring technicians receive the correct parts quickly and efficiently. Responsibilities include pulling and staging parts for service repairs, accurately processing orders and returns, maintaining inventory control, and providing timely communication with technicians and service staff. Strong knowledge of automotive parts, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a busy setting are essential. Experience with dealership management systems is preferred.
