What You’ll Do:

• Load, monitor, and unload meats at proper times and temperatures
• Operate and maintain the smoker
• Follow prep lists and recipes accurately
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work area

What We’re Looking For:

• Kitchen or cook experience preferred
• Reliable, team-oriented attitude
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Passion for quality food
