$19.5 per hour,  25$ per hour avg with non-cash tips

Ideal candidates will have multiple years of experience in restaurant settings as well as management or leadership experience. 

Responsibilities include:
- Maintaining pars and meeting dish preparation guides
- Prep planning and execution working with General Manager 
- Quality control of prepared dishes
- Perform Line duties including making food, cleaning equipment and maintaining stocks
