Chick-fil-A CoolSprings Galleria is seeking a motivated, dependable, and experienced Back of House Manager to lead our kitchen team.

We're looking for someone who takes pride in developing people, maintaining high operational standards, and creating a positive, team-oriented environment.

As our Back of House Manager, you'll play an important role in leading daily kitchen operations, coaching Team Members, and ensuring we consistently deliver high-quality food and exceptional service.

Position Details

• Full-time kitchen management position
• Competitive pay: $20–$23/hour based on experience
• Monday–Saturday scheduling; closed Sundays
• Located inside CoolSprings Galleria in Franklin, TN

• Hands-on leadership role working alongside the kitchen team

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee daily Back of House operations.
• Coach, train, and develop kitchen Team Members.
• Maintain Chick-fil-A standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness.
• Ensure efficient kitchen operations during busy periods.
• Support appropriate staffing and labor productivity.
• Create a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environment.
• Assist with inventory management, food waste reduction, and operational efficiency.
• Identify opportunities to improve kitchen performance.
• Communicate effectively with Front of House and restaurant leadership.
• Lead by example through a strong work ethic, professionalism, and servant leadership.

Qualifications

• Previous restaurant or food service leadership experience preferred.
• Strong communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of food safety, cleanliness, and operational standards.
• Dependable, organized, and proactive.
• Ability to coach employees and address performance concerns.
• Willingness to work alongside Team Members during busy shifts.
• Previous Chick-fil-A experience is a plus, but not required.
