Chick-fil-A Audubon is HIRING! We are looking for dynamic leaders to join our team in South Jersey. We want enthusiastic individuals who desire an incredible opportunity to work at the most highly-esteemed restaurant chain in the nation. 

We are looking for someone with character and leadership skills who is passionate about empowering others, building teams, and sustaining a healthy culture in a working environment. 

This “hands-on” management support position is designed for someone who is looking to build their leadership and influence at our restaurant, lead people, and grow professionally & personally. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps.
  • Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset.
  • Follows all processes without taking shortcuts.
  • Can effectively communicate shift and business needs, identify gaps and offer feedback to help other's grow.
  • Can demonstrate impact during shift operations and problem solve when working with others.
  • “Hands-on” training in all shift operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to effectively run a multi-million dollar business 
  • Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests 
  • Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant 
  • Leading a team of 10-20+ by inspiring & motivating, coaching mindset, and holding others accountable to our standards
  • Maximizing productivity while maintaining 5 star service, quality and cleanliness
  • Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety 
  • Food Safety Certification and training
  • Ensure proper recording of food waste and track trends to inform of appropriate action.
  • Knowledgeable and can submit QIC for food credits

Requirements

High school diploma or associate’s degree (preferred)

A positive attitude

Displays patience & a positive attitude.

Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.

Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Passion for Chick-fil-A

Hospitality experience (preferred)

Flexible availability from 30 - 40 hours/week

Hunger to grow

Ability to work in a fast paced environment

A desire to work hard serving others

Ability to lift up to 40 pounds

Our restaurant is part of a family of restaurant businesses with a proud history of success. From simple beginnings in a small restaurant in Hapeville, Georgia, founded in 1946 by Company founder and Chairman S. Truett Cathy, Chick-fil-A has grown into one of the largest privately-owned restaurant chains in the nation. Credited with introducing the original boneless breast of chicken sandwich and pioneering in-mall quick-service food.

In our kitchens, we focus on fresh and simple ingredients. And we always have. Since the beginning, we've served chicken that is whole breast meat, with no added fillers or hormones, and we bread it by hand in our restaurants. Produce is delivered fresh to our kitchens several times a week. Salads are chopped and prepared fresh throughout the day.
