Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain excellence in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, food prep, and more
• Stock and maintain kitchen inventory as needed
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas at all times.
• Follow all food safety and health regulations
• Operate kitchen equipment safely and report maintenance concerns to Leadership
• Maintain personal knowledge by completing in-house training timely and staying up-to-date with Chick-fil-A product changes and procedures
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Follow all Chick-fil-A policies, procedures, and appearance standards at all times
• Other duties as assigned

• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Able to multi-task effectively and maintain attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and grow professionally
• Works well independently and in a team environment
• Ability to stand for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Available to work flexible hours, including Friday & Saturday
