Job Summary:

Back of House / BOH Team Members are responsible for collectively working together to create an experience of excellence for every guest that comes to eat at any of our restaurant locations.

We offer part time positions.

Skills:

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multitask

• Ability to stay focused and alert in a fast paced environment
• Ability to operate restaurant equipment such as cash registers
• Basic math skills and the ability to use a calculator
• Familiar with handling money and credit card transactions
• Become very knowledgeable with Tacos 4 Life food and Mission and be able to communicate both with our guests.
• Ability to work flexible hours, rotating from nights, weekends and holidays
• Recognize a problem and quickly work to get it resolved
• Team Player (communication skills)

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to handle prolonged periods of standing
• Ability to work with various kitchen equipment and cash registers
• Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be willing and able to work in a hot and humid environment
• Flexible hours, rotating from nights, weekends and holidays

Education/Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Successful completion of on-the-job training

• Prolonged periods standing and working at kitchen equipment
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
• Must be able to lift, carry, and place up to 50 pounds at a time

This job will participate in tip sharing.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
