Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, and present food meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Maintain kitchen stations and inventory
• Stay updated on new products and complete training
• Ensure kitchen cleanliness and safety
• Follow Chick-fil-A rules and dress code

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Reliable and cheerful with a customer service mindset
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Strong interpersonal skills and team player
• Flexible schedule availability
• Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
