What You’ll Be Doing

• Mastering the Menu: Learning the "gold standard" of food safety and preparation (breading, assembly, and quality control).
• The Speed Challenge: Working with your "squad" to get orders out accurately and lightning-fast during the Burleson lunch rush.
• Equipment Pro: Learning to operate high-tech kitchen systems and maintaining a clean, organized workspace.
• Innovation: Helping us find better ways to serve our community faster and fresher.
