As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. You will be responsible for preparing delicious and and fresh food, while maintaining exceptional cleanliness and food safety standards. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipe and quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in the kitchen area
• Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies
• Provide exceptional customer service and address customer inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and smooth operation of the restaurant

Qualifications:

• No formal education required
• Prior experience in a similar role is a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
