Back of House Team Member

Chick-fil-A Freehold Township Route 9 North is seeking dependable team members to join our Back of House team.

We are currently looking for individuals seeking full-time employment who are available to work 30+ hours per week and have broad availability, including mornings, afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays.

As a Back of House Team Member, you will play a critical role in preparing great food, maintaining food safety standards, and ensuring our guests receive an exceptional experience every visit.

Responsibilities:

• Food preparation and kitchen production

• Maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards

• Working efficiently during peak business periods

• Receiving and storing inventory

• Supporting fellow team members in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age

• Seeking full-time employment

• Available to work 30+ hours per week

• Open availability preferred

• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds

• Reliable transportation

• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and commitment to teamwork
