Opening mid-October, Chick-fil-A Stillwater is hiring 80 incredible team members to be a part of our founding team and help build something special from day one.

My name is Jake Knotek, and after serving as a Chick-fil-A Owner/Operator in Rockford, Illinois, my family is excited to be coming home to the Stillwater area for good. We're looking forward to serving this community, building meaningful relationships, and creating a restaurant our guests and team members are proud of.

Alongside an experienced leadership team, we're bringing proven systems and a passion for developing people. Together, we've been honored with Chick-fil-A's Rookie of the Year, Guardian of the Brand, and Symbol of Success awards, but what we're most proud of is the lasting impact we've had on our teams and the communities we've served. Now, we're excited to bring that same commitment to Stillwater.

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities

• Prepare high-quality food safely and accurately to CFA standards
• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and sanitation standards across all Kitchen stations
• Work with urgency while maintaining accuracy and quality
• Support your teammates and contribute to a positive team environment
• Learn multiple positions and continually develop your skills
• Uphold the vision, mission, and standards of our restaurant
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
