Back of House Team Member

Back of House Team Member Responsibilities:

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, quickly and efficiently, meeting Chick-fil-A standards
• Be knowledgeable in all kitchen stations, including fries, breading, assembling, boards, and food prep
• Stock kitchen inventory as needed
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen at all times
• Stay up to date on new products and procedures
• Work safely with kitchen equipment and report any maintenance or safety concerns to Leadership
• Maintain product knowledge through in-house training and ongoing development
• Complete all opening or closing tasks as assigned
• Follow all Chick-fil-A standards, policies, and dress code
• Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
• Follow all food safety. and sanitation guidelines
