Back of House Team Member - Daytime

We are hiring a Back of House Team Member for a fast-paced role that requires attention to detail, consistency, and teamwork.

Please note: This is a year-round daytime position. Applicants currently in high school are not eligible.

Role Overview

Prepare, cook, and present high-quality food while working with a team to deliver fast and accurate service and support Genuine Hospitality through quality and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare, cook, assemble, and present food safely, accurately, quickly, and efficiently according to Chick-fil-A standards
• Assist in keeping the kitchen clean, hygienic, and tidy at all times
• Work safely around kitchen equipment and report any maintenance issues to the Manager on Duty or Kitchen Director
• Complete required PATHWAY and in-house training and demonstrate proficiency in assigned Back of House positions
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Available for daytime shifts, including at least 3 weekdays and every Saturday

• Able to work well independently and in a team environment
• Able to remain on your feet for several consecutive hours
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds

Additional Information

This role requires being on your feet for several hours at a time and working in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Prior kitchen or restaurant experience is helpful but not required.
