WHAT YOU’LL DO

As a Back of House Team Member, you help make sure every guest receives fresh, high-quality food prepared the way it should be.

You may:

• Prepare menu items according to Culver’s recipes and standards.

• Learn grill, fryers, sandwich assembly, prep, dish, and other kitchen positions.

• Move with urgency while maintaining quality and accuracy.

• Learn to communicate with your team to keep orders moving during busy periods.

• Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout your shift.

• Keep your station stocked, help others when another area needs support, and leave your station ready for the next person.

You’ll learn how a high-volume kitchen works—from timing and communication to food quality, organization, and how a strong kitchen team moves together during a rush.
