Violi is the latest concept by DineAmic Hospitality, the group behind Chicago favorites like Lyra and the original Violi in Oak Brook.

Partnering with Greek Chef Athinagoras Kostakos, the menu features shareable dishes like grilled octopus, moussaka, and slow-roasted lamb—marine-fresh, bold, and wholesome.

Passionate front of house professionals with:

• 1–3+ years in high-volume or upscale restaurants
• Strong menu knowledge (food, wine, cocktails)
• A guest-focused, collaborative attitude
• Calm under pressure
• Flexibility for days, nights, weekends, and holidays
• Relevant certifications (Food Handler, Basset, etc.)
