Back office / Junior Operations Manager

In our Operations Department, we ensure smooth processes by combining operational thinking with strategic skill.



In this fast-growing business, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks related to auction management and invoicing processes . Are you motivated and interested in getting actively involved in different back office processes? Then you are the right one for our team

Your new role

• You will support the team in handling various administrative operational tasks
• Fully handle administrative tasks such as Creditnotes, Unidentified Payments, VAT requests, Debt / resale.
• You will answer customer questions via e-mail
• You arrange all matters related to the purchase process and transport of vehicles
• You actively work on improving processes
• Crosscheck activities between original documents and stored documents 
  
   
• What we are looking for:
• Someone with very good written and spoken English.
• Proficient in excel / g-sheet
• Has prior experience in handling document required
• Diligent and Detail oriented.
• Works independently and manages tasks unsupervised

We are looking for precise and reliable people, highly motivated and oriented towards the achievement of personal and group goals

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Kompleksi Delijorgji, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
