Job Summary

Rooming and Triage patients

Preparation of Clinic

Respond to Patient Portal Requests 

Scheduling new and return appointments

Obtain Prior Authorizations for Procedures 

Schedule Procedures, Inform Patients of Test and Schedule follow ups

FMLA and Disability forms 

Home Health Referrals

Discharging Patients 

Enter Encounter Forms 

Respond to Patient Portal Requests 

Scanning, Indexing, Mail and Faxing  

Qualifications and Experience Requirements:

Medical Experience minimum of 1 year

Highly organized with ability to multi-task

Knowledge of CPT, ICD9/10 Codes

Courteous and efficient telephone etiquette

Bilingual preferred

Education Requirements:

High School Diploma or equivalent

Medical Assistant Certified preferred
