Back Office Professional

Our well-established practice is located in Salinas, CA. Our team of professionals is dedicated to providing superior patient care in a friendly, upbeat office.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Provide superior customer service



2. Inventory Control / Shipping & Receiving



3. Work with outside vendors



4. Maintain patient files and perform clerical duties and other administrative support functions



5. Assist with phones and scheduling



6. Clean and Check Hearing Aids



7. Other back-office duties

Requirements:

1. High school degree or equivalent



2. Proficient in Excel and Word



3. Bi-lingual (Spanish)

Qualifications:

1. 2 years customer service experience

The successful candidate will also possess:

1. A strong work ethic



2. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills



3. Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks



4. Work as a team player and be reliable



5. Have superior customer service skills

The salary for this position is between $20-$22/hour
