We are looking for a Procurement Assistant to help with creating and processing purchase orders. You will check requests for accuracy, update teams on order status, track deliveries, and keep records organized. This role requires attention to detail and good communication skills.

•  Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and process execution.
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work as part of a team
• Good level  of English language

Main duties:

• Create and process purchase orders in our system
• Check purchase requests for accuracy
• Communicate with the separtments for order confirmation and updates
• Track order status and report any issues
• Help maintain records and files for procurement activities

The place of work will be at the headquarters of AUTO1 Albania, Tirana and the shifts provide a total of 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday.
