Back Office Specialist- Ophthalmology

We are seeking a Back Office Specialist to join our dynamic team! Some of the responsibilities will include:

• Answer all incoming calls with a warm, kind and friendly manner, practicing good phone etiquette.
• Attentive to details and good note taking as needed.
• Scheduling appointments accurately and confirming schedule with patient
• Maintain good communication with the Front Office Staff
• Assist the Front Office staff as needed
• Process/schedule all online appointment request and follow up confirmation with patient
• Must be able to triage all calls accordingly as needed
