Job Description - Backend Assy Supervisor Leader(A Group MLB MFG 02 )-Houston,TX

Purpose of the position

push for Production efficiency improvement, Quality control, cost control,
Team Management and Training, Safe production, Technological innovation and improvement,
Quality monitoring & improvement & enhancement,Environmental protection improvement Project ward

Duties and Responsibilities

Responsible for the daily production management of mobile phone Backend Assy, ensuring the smooth execution of production plans.
Supervise the operation of the production line to ensure that production efficiency and quality meet company standards.
Formulate and optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Manage and train the production team to ensure that employees have the necessary skills and knowledge.
Supervise employees' work performance, provide feedback and guidance, and improve the overall team performance.
Handling employee relationship issues, maintaining a good work environment.
Implement and maintain a quality management system to ensure that products meet quality standards.
Regularly conduct quality inspections to promptly identify and address quality issues in production.
Work with the quality department to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure the production process complies with safety and environmental standards to prevent accidents from occurring.
Regularly conduct safety training to enhance employees' safety awareness.

Education and work experience
1. A bachelor's degree or higher, typically in electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field;
2. At least 5 years of production management experience, particularly in the electronics manufacturing industry
Supervision
Supervisor Leader，Directly manage 4 Group Leaders, indirectly manage manufacturing department frontline employees.

Working conditions

Office-based role, fast-paced work environment
This position must be able to respond to after-hour emergencies and be available to work non-core hours or overtime to complete various projects without interruption to operations.

Excellent leadership and management skills, able to motivate and guide team members, good communication and coordination skills.
Familiar with the production process and equipment of mobile phone mainboards, and understand the latest technologies and trends in the electronics manufacturing industry.
Possess knowledge and experience in safety production management, able to formulate and implement safety measures to prevent accidents.
Able to quickly handle Backend Assy production abnormalities.
Proficient in office software.
