Back-end Developer - Mid (Java/.Net/Python)

We are looking for an exceptional and passionate Back-end Developer to join our Development Team in Pune Location.

As a Cognyter, you will

• Design, develop, test, and maintain high-quality backend systems and services.

For this mission you will need:

• BSc in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 4–6 years of experience in backend/software development.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, system design, and design patterns.
• Experience building and maintaining scalable, distributed systems or microservices architectures.
• Familiarity with databases and data modeling (SQL/NoSQL)
• Experience with at least one backend language (e.g., Java, .NET, Python) and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies as needed.
• Hands-on experience or strong interest in AI-assisted development tools to accelerate coding, testing, and problem-solving.
• Ability to effectively leverage AI tools to improve productivity and engineering quality.
• Experience with containerization and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift).
• Familiarity with event-driven systems (e.g., Kafka).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) – advantage.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Fast learner, adaptable, and comfortable working in a dynamic, evolving tech environment.
