Back-End Engineer

Basic Position Requirements (Back-End Engineer)

• Big data/scaling experience


• Scala and/or Java experience a plus


• Understanding of worker/message queues


• NoSQL experience

Everyone on the team should have a basic understanding of:

• JQuery


• Javascript


• PHP


• MySQL (Basic syntax)


• AJAX


• General understanding of RESTful APIs


• Familiarity GIT or version control repositories
