Back-up Team Leader 1st Shift

Description

The Back-Up Team Leader fills in as needed in the Team leader role in the absence of the team leader in the following duties: Leads a team of 2 or more employees in the safe production of quality products. The Team Leader coordinates the production needs in the safest, most efficient way possible, ensuring the highest quality of the product. Coordinates staffing, materials and inventory ensuring efficiency and conformity in operation through effective communication with direct reports, managers, and other supervisory staff. Responsible for compliance with all food safety and quality standards.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

• Oversees      the daily workflow of the department.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED required
• Minimum one (1) year manufacturing experience. 
• Previous experience in a food manufacturing production setting preferred
•  Bilingual preferred
