Key Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and friendly service to guests
• Assist servers and bartenders with timely food and beverage delivery
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
• Support smooth restaurant operations during shifts

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic and motivated team player
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends, holidays, day, and night shifts
• Previous experience in food & beverage preferred but not required
• Assist servers with delivering food and beverages to tables promptly and accurately
• Clear and reset tables efficiently to maintain a clean and organized dining area
• Refill water and other table necessities as needed
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and hosts to ensure smooth service flow
• Maintain cleanliness standards in dining areas, service stations, and side stations
• Stock and prepare service areas with necessary supplies (napkins, silverware, glassware, etc.)
• Respond quickly to guest needs and support overall service excellence
• Follow all health, safety, and sanitation guidelines
