What You’ll Do:

As a Bakery Assistant at Miss Lucille's Cafe, you’ll play a key role in supporting our bakery team with daily production needs. From preparing simple menu items to maintaining quality standards, your work ensures our customers get the freshest baked goods every time.

What We’re Looking For:

• Food Prep Experience: Some experience in a kitchen or bakery setting is preferred.


• Attention to Detail: You follow recipes and maintain quality standards with precision.


• Reliability & Teamwork: You’re dependable, take direction well, and work well independently or as part of a team.


• Adaptability: You’re comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to take on various tasks.

Your Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing simple menu items according to recipes and quality standards.


• Support daily production to ensure product availability for customers.


• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following food safety guidelines.


• Contribute to efficiency by helping streamline bakery operations.

Shift & Pay:

• Full-Time: 32.5 to 40 hours a week (based on operational needs)


• Availability: Tuesday- Sunday, Day Shift- 7 am to 3 pm


• Pay Rate: $14-$16 an hour, based on prior experience
