Role Overview:
We are seeking a creative, reliable, and detail-oriented team member to take over our balloon inventory and décor creation, toy inventory management, retail merchandising, and social media content capture. This is a full-time position ideal for someone with strong visual merchandising skills, a knack for balloon design, and a creative eye for content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create custom balloon arrangements, garlands, and décor for orders and events
- Manage balloon inventory: track stock levels, place restocks, organize backstock
- Oversee toy and retail inventory: receive shipments, merchandise new products, organize displays
- Maintain a visually appealing and organized store layout
- Capture behind-the-scenes photos and videos of displays, products, and balloon creations
- Create short-form content (Reels, TikToks) in alignment with brand vibe
- Occasionally assist with local deliveries or event setup
- Collaborate with leadership to help plan seasonal merchandising and product rotation
What We're Looking For:
- Experience with balloon décor (or a strong interest and quick learner with DIY or artistic background)
- Familiarity with retail inventory and merchandising principles
- Strong sense of aesthetics and visual storytelling
- Comfortable creating and editing social media content (Reels/TikToks)
- Self-motivated, dependable, and organized
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Ability to lift and move stock or displays (up to 25 lbs)
- Available to work Wednesday through Sunday
- Bonus: photography or video editing experience
