B&B/Winery Manager

Deer Creek Winery at Brooks Estate in Shippenville, PA 16254 PA is seeking an energetic individual to live on- site (or near by) and manage the property.  This does not include wine making/production. The selected individual will manage all aspects of the retail property, including B&B reservations, marketing, guest service, basic maintenance, café management, retail winery/gift shop, and banquet facilities, with the help of current staff. 
Staff include: cleaning, kitchen, sales, admin asst  

Compensation includes a studio apartment (if needed).  Our facility is open year-round and includes 12 Inn rooms, kitchen for breakfast and café dining, retail, banquet space for about 120 people.  Short vacations are feasible with the staff we have.  This is a hands-on team environment looking for a leader to motivate, train, and encourage.  Send resumes, cover letter, and references to [email protected].
