Job Description - Bander

Quick Hire Staffing is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Bander to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for securely bundling materials together to prepare for shipping or storage. This position requires strong attention to detail, as the quality of your bundling directly affects our products' safety and integrity.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating closely with team members to ensure all materials are banded correctly and efficiently. If you are proactive, reliable, and eager to contribute to a team, we want to hear from you!

  • Experience in material handling or manufacturing settings is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
  • Familiarity with hand tools, bundling machines, and safety equipment.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Willingness to follow safety protocols and company guidelines.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
