Description
Under the direction of the Central Services Supervisor, this individual is responsible for receiving and processing all Legal Process documents served to the Bank, including levies, subpoenas, garnishments, and attachments. This individual also handles telephone inquiries and customer requests via phone or live chat and performs various daily departmental tasks. Communicates tactfully and professionally with all internal and external customers and staff members. Establishes effective working relationships with customers and staff members. Displays and promotes a positive and participative approach to problem-solving. Handles all sensitive situations in a calm, objective manner.
