We are looking for a Banking Records and Research Specialist responsible for the specific duties listed below.

This is an onsite, 6 - mos. contract**

Your specific duties will include:

• Processing or researching standard inquiries and transactions as directed or authorized by properly identified members utilizing basic fraud detection techniques.
• Maintaining accurate and applicable software applications to access resources as needed to effectively and efficiently assist members.
• Preparing documents received for imaging, scanning, validating, and QC teller work and basic consumer documents, and utilizing quality control measures to ensure proper retention.
• Utilizing effective time management to complete tasks and follow through on commitments.

Specific qualifications for the position include:

• High School Diploma or GED is required
• Less than 1 year of job-related work experience
• Type and 10-key by touch
• Proficient in utilizing PC, Software, and other office equipment

Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
