Bank Teller - Full Time (30 hours)

Job Title: Bank Teller

Hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 3pm

Salary:  $16.00 per hour or more depending on experience.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Bank Teller to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers while accurately processing transactions and maintaining a high level of professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process customer transactions, including deposits, withdrawals, and loan payments

- Provide information about bank products and services to customers

- Assist customers with account inquiries and resolve any issues

- Maintain accurate records of transactions and ensure compliance with bank policies

- Promote a positive banking experience through excellent customer service

- Collaborate with team members to achieve branch goals

Skills and Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Previous experience in a customer service or banking role preferred

- Strong numerical and analytical skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks

- Proficient in using computer systems and banking software
