Bank Teller - Interactive Bank Teller Representative

United Security Bank is seeking an FT 40 hours per week Interactive Bank Teller Representative. The desired applicant should be a seasoned individual & possess a minimum of three years of experience as a Teller / New Accounts, a plus. The qualified candidate will be responsible for handling cash and processing transactions to receive, verify, and process routine cash, check, and deposit account transactions, withdrawals, and account inquiries within authorized limits. Must demonstrate superior customer service skills, be organized, detail-oriented, analytical, and possess excellent cash handling & balancing skills. Demonstrated sound judgment in decisions regarding transaction approvals and customer problem resolution. Responsible for performing various CSR duties as assigned and necessary to serve customers in an interactive Teller setting. Must be able to work Saturdays, be flexible with work hours, work early & extended hours as needed. Bilingual in Spanish/English required.

 
Bilingual in Spanish/English required

• Must have a good attendance record
• Good Teller accuracy is a must
• New Accounts experience, a plus
• Able to work independently & make good judgment calls
• Follow all Teller, bank policy & procedures
• Able to work Saturdays, be flexible with work hours, work early & extended hours as needed.
• Able to multitask
• High School Diploma or GED
