$220,000 – $390,000+

Aligned Talent Acquisition is actively partnering with AmLaw 50, AmLaw 100, AmLaw 200, regional, and boutique law firms throughout Philadelphia seeking Banking & Finance Associate Attorneys.

Ideal Background

• 2+ years of banking, finance, leveraged finance, or commercial lending experience

• Experience representing lenders, borrowers, financial institutions, or private equity sponsors

• Experience with syndicated lending, acquisition financings, asset-based lending, cash flow facilities, or secured transactions

• Strong drafting and negotiation skills

• Experience managing sophisticated financing transactions

• Excellent academic credentials

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school required

• Pennsylvania bar admission required or ability to become admitted
