Banking Specialist

Description

Individual will oversee daily treasury operations, including vendor payment processing, ACH file submissions, and internal fund transfers. Responsibilities also include monitoring and approving ACH debits, reconciling and verifying transactions across multiple bank accounts, and uploading positive pay files. Additionally, the individual will ensure accurate account funding by reconciling daily bank activity and maintaining appropriate account balances.  Position requires excellent attention to detail, organizational and analytical skills, data management experience in Excel, and prior cash management and bank reconciliation experience.  Hours are Monday through Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.
