If you want to be part of an inclusive, adaptable, and forward-thinking organization, apply now.\n\nWe are currently seeking a Banking/Financial Services Enterprise Sales Director to join our team in Hoboken, New Jersey (US-NJ), United States (US).\n\nNTT DATA seeks a Banking/Financial Services Enterprise Sales Executive to drive new business within the BFS vertical, focused on selling domain partnership solutions and associated NTT DATA professional services. This high-impact, client-facing role is responsible for penetrating new logos and expanding portfolio adoption within existing NTT DATA accounts.\n\nYou will lead the sales cycle for a range of BFS-specific domain partnerships\u2014including platforms such as Finastra, Murex, AFS, FIS, emerging fintech solutions, and AI\u2011first startups\u2014while integrating NTT DATA\u2019s implementation, integration, and managed services capabilities.\n\nThis role requires an entrepreneurial, \u201crun it like you own it\u201d mindset, collaborating deeply across NTT DATA\u2019s account teams, pre-sales organization, delivery leaders, and executive stakeholders to drive complex deal pursuits and deliver differentiated business outcomes.\n\nThis is a high-visibility, high-growth opportunity with significant earnings potential for top-performing IT sales professionals.\n\nResponsibilities:\n\n * Drive net-new growth within the BFS vertical by creating opportunities in existing NTT DATA accounts and hunting new logo deals for BFS domain partnership solutions.\n * Own responsibility for achieving ACV/TCV quota targets, representing both channel resell components and NTT DATA services.\n * Collaborate cross-functionally with Client Executives, Sales Executives, Consulting teams, and Solution Leads to shape and execute winning sales strategies.\n * Serve as the Sales Lead, managing executive-level communication with customer sponsors and NTT DATA leadership.\n * Partner with Marketing on targeted demand-generation campaigns, expanding visibility and pipeline for BFS partnership offerings.\n * Leverage NTT DATA\u2019s full portfolio\u2014Applications, BPO, Advisory Consulting, Digital Transformation \u0026 Modernization, AI, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Security\u2014to expand deal size and customer value.\n * Anticipate market trends and competitive pressures to craft differentiated, outcome-based proposals and long-term client relationships.\n * Maintain a consistent track record of quota achievement across ACV, TCV, and revenue targets.\n\n\n\nQualifications:\n\n * 12+ years of Enterprise and Solutions Sales experience in a quota-bearing role.\n * 10+ years of new business development experience with 5+ years selling Banking Products and Solutions into Banks and Financial Services organizations.\n * Success selling IT Services and Consulting offerings, including professional services and IP-based solutions.\n * Demonstrated history of exceeding annual quotas of $8M+ TCV.\n * Strong domain knowledge across Banking \u0026 Financial Services\u2014banking products, consulting, and technology-enabled solutions.\n * Bachelor\u2019s degree required.\n * Ability to travel up to 40%.\n\n\n\nWhy Join NTT DATA?\n\n * Opportunity to represent differentiated, industry-leading BFS solutions.\n * Entrepreneurial environment with significant autonomy and executive visibility.\n * Strong portfolio breadth enabling multi-tower, high-value deal creation.\n\n\n\n# #LI-SGA\n\n# #USSalesJobs\n\n#BFSSales\n\nAbout NTT DATA\n\nNTT DATA is a recognized leader in IT and business services, including cloud, data and applications, headquartered in Texas. The starting pay range for this remote role is $131,625. \u2013 292,500. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate\u2019s actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.\n\nThis position is eligible for company benefits that will depend on the nature of the role offered.
