Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Associate

Our client, a prestigious Am Law 200 firm, is seeking an Associate to join its Bankruptcy and Creditors' Rights Practice Group in the Tampa office.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1 to 3 years (2022 TO 2024 LAW SCHOOL GRAD ONLY) of bankruptcy experience, or completion of a bankruptcy judicial clerkship.
• Admission (or pending admission) to the Florida Bar.
• Excellent academic credentials and demonstrated legal writing ability.
• Commercial litigation experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a collaborative team.

This position offers the opportunity to work on sophisticated bankruptcy and creditors' rights matters, while also gaining valuable exposure to commercial litigation. The successful candidate will demonstrate grit, drive, and a strong commitment to client service in a fast-paced environment.

Strong academic credentials required

hybrid - prefer onsite but some flex to 3 days

Billable - 1950 (50 pro bono credit), 200 productive hours in addition

bonus - 2050 - 5%, 2150 - 10% of base
