Bankruptcy Associate

Description

Trenam Law is seeking to add another Associate to our Bankruptcy & Creditors' Rights practice group. Candidates having 5+ years’ experience working on bankruptcy cases and having the confidence and knowledge to work autonomously and in support of the shareholders to represent clients effectively.

The ideal candidate for this role should have experience with commercial litigation, including creditors' rights/remedies (secured creditor preference), receivership, and bankruptcy. 

Essential Functions:

• Experience with commercial litigation, including creditors' rights/remedies (secured creditor preference), receivership, bankruptcy, and commercial landlord/tenant matters.
• Excellent academic credentials, analytical skills, and verbal and written communication skills.
• Bankruptcy clerkship experience is a plus.
