Requirements

Excellent research and oral communication abilities.

2-5 years of general commercial litigation experience, with a focus on Chapter 11 bankruptcy and financial restructuring, as well as creditors' rights.

Strong writing abilities are required to create complaints, replies, discovery requests and responses, motions, and briefs.

Prior bankruptcy clerkship experience is a bonus.

Qualifications

Possess a JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team and to interact directly with clients.

Must be licensed to practice in the State of New Jersey and/or New York.
