The Bankruptcy Specialist must possess strong computer skills, attention to detail, independent organizational skills and be task oriented. Training is available for candidates new to the foreclosure industry or cross training in new departments.

Essentials Responsibilities:

• Receiving and uploading client referrals into firm databases.
• Preparing and filing various bankruptcy documents such as proof of claims and motion for relief.
• Monitor workflow to ensure that appropriate levels of productivity and customer service are met.
• Support bankruptcy team members to ensure client objectives are met.
• Ensure client guidelines and requirements are followed, ensuring that compensatory fees or penalties are not incurred.
• Communication with courts and administrators.
• Knowledge and use of federal electronic filing systems.

• Minimum of Two (2) years bankruptcy experience. Salary commensurate with experience.
• Knowledge of creditors' rights preferred but not required.
• Self motivator with limited supervision.
• Must have basic computer proficiency, MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume, high-pressure environment.
• Superior attention to detail.
• High School Diploma, College degree preferred.
• Work in a team environment.

Our office hours are 9-5:30 M-F, all candidates must be able to work these hours.
