Job Description - Bankruptcy Specialist

Job Summary
Bankruptcy Specialist at Rocktop Technologies, LLC is responsible for supporting various aspects of the mortgage bankruptcy process for creditors, specifically Proof of Claim.

Key Accountabilities

Bankruptcy Form 410 Processing
Transaction Analysis
Data validation
Documentation Review and Problem Solving
Quality Control & Accuracy

Job Duties

Successfully manage assigned work queue with minimal supervision
Consistently meet daily/weekly production and quality goals
Review AACER for case information, Bar Date etc.
Review mortgage payment history, corp advances/fees, and other amounts due on loan
QC generated Proof of Claim 410 forms for accuracy
QC generated 410A parts 1-4 for accuracy
QC generated 410A part 5 payment history for accuracy
Correct any errors on 410 form, and/or 410A form parts 1-5
Report errors/corrections per file for management review
Preforms other duties as assigned

Systems Used

Rocktop Analytics Portal
Pacer
Microsoft Excel

Min Education
High School diploma or equivalent.

Skills

Bankruptcy experienced required, specifically POC and 410A preparation.
Strong understanding of mortgage servicing payment histories, escrow analysis, loan documents, Ch13 Plans, etc.
Time management skills with strong attention to details; ability to work independently and manage multiple task assignments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel)
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
